- Refuse or cancel orders

3. Quotes, Orders & Payments
3.1 Quotes
All quotes are valid for the time period indicated. Prices may change based on availability, market conditions, transportation costs, or material fluctuations.
3.2 Orders
Your order is not confirmed until payment is received or a signed agreement is in place. Seablox may request additional verification for large or unusual orders.
3.3 Payments
Payments may be processed through:

- Approved financing partners
All payments must be made in Canadian dollars unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Site Requirements
Delivery availability depends on truck access, site conditions, and geographic location. Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Adequate clearance for trucks
- Firm, level ground
- Safe access to the drop-off area
If unsafe conditions prevent delivery, additional charges may apply.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, transport availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Seablox is not liable for delays outside our control.
5. Condition of Used Containers
Used containers may have:
- Rust
- Dents
- Scratches
- Faded paint
- Prior shipping markings
Unless otherwise specified, used units are sold as-is, in Wind and Watertight (WWT) or Cargo Worthy (CW) condition. Customers are encouraged to request photos or inspections prior to purchase.
6. Modifications & Custom Work
All custom modification projects require:
- A signed work order
- Approved drawings/specifications
- Deposit payment before work begins
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Seablox is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, material shortages, client revisions, or regulatory approvals.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Standard Containers
All sales of shipping containers are final. Refunds are not issued unless Seablox has provided incorrect equipment compared to the invoice.
7.2 Custom Projects
Deposits and payments for custom fabrication are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun.
7.3 Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be subject to:
- Administrative fees
- Restocking fees
- Transportation charges
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seablox is not liable for:
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Damage caused by improper site preparation or handling
- Delays in delivery or manufacturing
- Damage arising from misuse, alterations, or natural wear
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
9. Warranties
Seablox provides no express or implied warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
Used containers are sold as-is.
New or one-trip containers may include limited manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Modifications performed by Seablox include workmanship warranties as outlined in individual contracts.
